We have 32 craft beers on tap, the most of any establishment on the Racoon River Trail.
We provide an outdoor space that is unique in the Des Moines metro.
And we are home of the top 10 burgers in the State of Iowa.
The Assistant General Manager will focus on some core restaurant operations.
They will know our customers and meet their needs to create excellent guest service that keeps them coming back! This leader will assist with Front of House and Bar operations including scheduling, inventory management and curating our 32 craft beer taps.
Being on the leadership team also means reviewing key performance indicators and taking appropriate actions.
What you will do:
Use your creative and artistic styles to create a craft beer, cocktail and dining experience that keeps customers happy and wanting more Foster a culture built on fun and self organizing staff focused on new ideas Using data and customer feedback to drive growth and efficiencies Assist guests by bartending and other standard staff duties Requirements:
Demonstrated successful experience as a manager in full service, casual dining, ever changing environment Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team An expert using and configuring popular industry restaurant software Strong knowledge of craft beer and cocktails We Offer:
